25th LiGO chosen for Leeds Metropolitan University

3 October 2013

BAM Construction has chosen Open Technology’s LiGO lighting control system as part of the Calverley Building refurbishment project at Leeds Metropolitan University.   Work has already started on gutting the 10-storey, 1970s tower block and the refurbished floors will provide students with a 21st century learning environment. On completion, the project will bring the number of LiGO system across the campus to 25.

Open Technology recently delivered a new lighting control system for Leeds Metropolitan University at their Portland Building. LiGO has been installed on 5 of the 10 floors to-date, with the remaining floors close to completion.

This is just one of many projects where Leeds Metropolitan University intend to use LiGO when refurbishing or upgrading their lighting control system.
